Noted, preloved is items that are secondhand; previously owned or used before. And because they are stuff that have been used before, you cannot expect the stuff will be as good as new. Me as pre-loved seller are trying my very best to make my pre-loved stuff 99% as brand-new. Some pre-lovedd stuff have some flaws, but again, it's preloved people! And pre-loved seller are keen to share their love with you, who i trust that you can take care of the stuff well more than i do. So, dont questions the flaws later, ask details about the item first before purchasing cause i dont responsible for any complaints on the next day. Thats all people :)
